COOKIES POLICY

  1. DEFINITIONS:
    1. Controller – Wiesława Kowalczyk conducting business activity under the company name “RELAX IMPORT-EXPORT Wiesława Kowalczyk”, principal place of business and correspondence address: ul. gen. Władysława Sikorskiego 39, 58-260 Bielawa, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), Tax ID (NIP): 8822122851, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 363038719, e-mail: info@relaxlures.com.
    2. Cookies – IT data, small text files, saved and stored on the Devices through which the User uses the Controller's website, which usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and an unique number.
    3. Device – electronic device via which the User gains the access to the Controller’s website.
    4. User – means an entity for which, in accordance with the legal regulations, services may be provided electronically or with which the agreement for providing services by electronic means may be concluded.
  2. USE OF THE COOKIES
    1. The Controller uses the Cookies through the website.
    2. The information collected on the basis of the Cookies is used for the following purposes:
      1. proper optimization of the website operation,
      2. maintaining the User's session on the website, thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on every subpage of the website,
      3. marketing purposes,
      4. statistic purposes.
    3. The Cookies record the User’s activity by identifying the Device, owing to that, the website is displayed based on the individual User’s preferences.
    4. Solutions provided by the Controller’s website are secure for the User’s Devices. It is impossible for the User’s Devices to be infected with the malware or malicious software.
    5. The Controller uses two types of the Cookies:
      1. the session Cookies:
        1. files, which are stored on the User’s Device till the end of a given browser session,
        2. any saved information is permanently removed from the memory of the Device,
        3. the session Cookies mechanism shall not allow to retrieve any personal or confidential data from the User’s Device.
      2. the persistent Cookies:
        1. files, which are stored on the User’s Device until they are removed,
        2. end of a browser session or switching off the Device do not remove these Cookies,
        3. the persistent Cookies mechanism shall not allow to retrieve any personal or confidential data from the User’s Device.
  3. DETERMINATION OF THE STORAGE CONDITIONS OR GAINING THE ACCESS TO THE COOKIES
    1. The User can limit or deactivate the Cookies access to his/her Device. If this option is used, the use of the Controller's website will be possible, in addition to functions that by their nature require the Cookies, including in particular those necessary for authentication processes and security when using the website.
    2. Limiting or disabling the use of the Cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Controller's website.
    3. At any time, the User may change the settings for the Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User's Device by the Cookies. The changes to the settings referred to above can be made by the User using the web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of the Cookies in the web browser settings or to inform about their every posting on the Device.     4. At any time, the User can remove the Cookies by using functions available in the used web browser.
